Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VARJIX when you use Corolet. Plain language, and it means what it says.

1. What Corolet is
Corolet lets you describe an outcome and have a team of AI agents plan it, do the work, and report back. You direct them; they act inside the workspace you set up and the connectors you authorise.
2. Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at legal@corolet.com if you think someone else has got in.
3. Plans and what they cost
The free plan is open today and includes the run allowance shown on the pricing page. No card is required and none is asked for.
Paid plans are not yet open. The prices listed on the pricing page are what we intend to charge; nothing bills you until paid plans launch, and when they do you will be asked to agree before any money moves.
4. What you may not do
Do not use Corolet to break the law, to attack or overload systems you do not own, to generate material that sexualises children, to impersonate a real person or organisation, to run mass unsolicited messaging, or to work around the usage limits of your plan.
We can suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.
5. What your agents do is yours
This is the clause that matters most, so it is not buried: an agent acts because you told it to. When you connect a channel or an integration and let an agent send a message, write a file, publish a post or call an external API, those actions are yours — you are responsible for them the same way you would be if you had done them by hand.
Language models get things wrong. They state false things confidently. Review anything that leaves your workspace and matters, and do not put an agent in a position where a wrong answer causes harm you cannot undo.
6. Your own model keys
You can bring your own API key for a model provider. When you do, calls are billed to you by that provider under your agreement with them, and their terms govern what they do with the content of your requests. We encrypt the key and use it only to run what you asked for.
7. Who owns what
Your workspaces, agents, instructions, memory and output stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can run.
Corolet itself — the software, the interface and the name — stays ours.
8. No warranty
Corolet is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and the free plan carries no service level commitment of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VARJIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, on a free plan, is nothing.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaches these terms, and we will say why. If we stop offering the service, we will give notice and a way to export your data.
11. Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Corolet after that is how you accept them.
